  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.

Requirements

  • No BPO experience required
  • At least a high school graduate or college undergraduate/graduate
  • Collections, banking, and financial backgrounds are preferred but not required
  • Great English communication skills (oral and written)
