We are opening opportunities for communicative individuals who are customer service-oriented to join us as a SALES MANAGER. In this role, you will assist customers in the purchasing process, provide product information, and support the sales team in achieving targets.


  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide customers with information on products, prices, and promotions.
  • Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
  • Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the sales area and product displays.
  • Ensure product stock is available and conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Record and report daily sales to the supervisor/related team.
  • Handle customer complaints or inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Support the sales team in achieving daily/monthly sales targets.
