Role

• Call takeaway owners ? offer free samples ? follow up ? close first order

• Call grocer owners ? offer free samples ? follow up ? close first order

• Simple pitch. Script provided.

• You speak directly to shop owners / decision makers.

Daily Tasks

• 150–200 outbound calls/day

• Speak directly with shop owners

• Offer free sample drops

• Log outcomes clearly:

• No Answer / Warm / Sample Yes / Follow-Up

• Follow up 2–3 days after samples

• Close new shops

Requirements

• Strong spoken English (required)

• Mandarin / Cantonese / Fukien / Korean / Vietnamese (major advantage)

• Confident, friendly phone tone

• Quiet workspace + good internet + headset

• Outbound calling experience preferred

• Comfortable speaking with business owners

Ability to switch languages with shop owners is a big advantage and directly improves results.

Pay

• Base: AUD $1,000 / month

• Bonus: $10 per new shop closed

• Typical total: AUD $1,300–$1,800 / month

• Hours: Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM AEDT

• Saturday only if weekly quota isn’t met

• Monthly pay (stable, long-term role)

• Probation: 3 months

• Base & bonus reviewed and increased for consistent performers
