We are hiring experienced Customer Service Representatives for Collections who are confident, persuasive, and target-driven. The role involves reaching out to customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment arrangements, and ensuring positive customer experiences while recovering funds.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound collection calls to customers with past-due accounts.
  • Negotiate payment terms and set up repayment plans.
  • Handle account inquiries and provide accurate billing information.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and agreements.
  • Achieve collection targets while following compliance and company policies.


Requirements

  • At least a High School Graduate
  • Minimum of 6 months outbound collections experience in a BPO setting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work night shifts and perform under pressure
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
