Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the enterprise strategy, aligning with overall company goals and market opportunities within the Philippines.
  • Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close significant enterprise deals, expanding our market presence and revenue within the enterprise sector. Build relationships with key executive counterparts and serve as a focal escalation point in the case of negotiations and discussions with key partners. Effectively forecast potential sales and revenue from new and existing markets and identify the required marketing activities to achieve the sales and revenue forecast. Develop one’s knowledge of competitors’ activities, industry standards, market trends, technology, systems, and other relevant information. Conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex issues and translate those opportunities into actionable deliverables and solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit and manage a high-performing team, mentoring individuals and developing leaders. Define the team’s operating cadence, OKRs/KPIs, and norms, ensuring alignment with UBX’s brand principles and overarching mission and strategy. Lead and inspire the team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment by setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and supporting their professional growth.
  • Solution Alignment: Understand client needs and collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure our offerings effectively address enterprise requirements.
  • Sales & Revenue Management: Manage sales pipelines, forecast accurately, and achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets for the enterprise segment.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the enterprise market in the Philippines.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, customer success, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction, collaborating seamlessly with internal teams to achieve exceptional client experiences. Provide feedback to internal teams and co-create strategies to ensure key partners or leads are activated in the most efficient and scalable manner possible.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on enterprise sales performance, pipeline status, and key account activities to senior management.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all enterprise activities adhere to company policies and relevant regulations in the Philippines.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, with a proven track record of success in the market.
  • Significant experience leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and methodologies.
  • Strong network and established relationships within the enterprise sector..
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience selling Digital Transformation Services to enterprise clients.
