JOB SUMMARY:


As the Partnerships Manager, you will lead efforts to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue across key business verticals. This role includes consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas, crafting and negotiating enterprise proposals, and adapting to market changes. You will work across multiple sectors—creators, events, esports, and social commerce—while maintaining a strong focus on overall revenue growth and market expansion.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas to drive overall revenue growth across the four key verticals: Creators, Events, Esports, and Social Commerce.
  • Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities within the Philippines and APAC market, leveraging local trends and consumer behavior to guide sales strategies.
  • Develop strategies to expand market presence in the Philippines and APAC region, with an emphasis on tapping into emerging opportunities.
  • Actively monitor industry trends, adjusting the sales approach to meet evolving market needs and consumer demands.
  • Craft and negotiate enterprise-level proposals and contracts tailored to local brands and agencies.
  • Clearly articulate Tier One’s unique value proposition to prospects, addressing objections and positioning our solutions effectively against competitors.
  • Build persuasive arguments that resonate with potential clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales pipeline within HubSpot to ensure effective tracking and reporting of sales activities and revenue bookings.
  • Utilize CRM data to make data-driven decisions and forecast revenue trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure a seamless approach to partnership management and sales execution.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support team success and company objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role with a focus on partnerships, revenue bookings, and sales.
  • Proven success in consistently achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Extensive experience in crafting proposals and developing strategies for market expansion.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to develop strategies that drive growth across multiple verticals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
