Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in General Santos, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and training the sales team, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be involved in market analysis and strategic planning.
