- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Taking orders and delivering food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Assist with menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma.
- College Level with COE
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in waitering and hospitality skills, customer-oriented with experience in quick service restaurants, and effective customer management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, positive attitude, multitasking abilities, and a team player.
