Description
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently from customers.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of waitering experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English communication, waitering techniques, and food safety practices.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, ensure cleanliness, and assist in kitchen duties.
- Working Conditions: Busy restaurant setting with extended hours and standing requirements.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a customer-focused attitude.
