Description
- Provide excellent customer service and support to guests.
- Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately.
- Assist in menu recommendations and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle payment transactions and process bills efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication, waitering, customer-oriented approach, and hospitality skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, may require long hours on feet.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, quick thinker, and strong multitasking abilities.
