Description

Invade Marketing is a full-service marketing agency working with global clients across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, web development, and automation. 


We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Administrative Assistant to become the organizational brain behind our fast-paced operation. You’ll sit in meetings, manage client communications, follow up with internal team members, and help ensure deadlines and deliverables don’t fall through the cracks.


What You'll Do

  • Attend internal and client-facing meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Communicate professionally with clients via email, chat, and voice/video
  • Present updates and reports to clients (prepared by our ops or ad teams)
  • Request assets and updates from our employees and freelancers
  • Assign tasks to the right team members using our internal systems
  • Track ongoing projects and keep operations structured and on deadline
  • Proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, or miscommunication early


Requirements

  • Exceptional spoken and written English
  • Comfortable attending regular Zoom/Google Meetings with clients and employees
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing: SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, websites
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator
  • Ability to juggle multiple conversations, tasks, and priorities daily
  • Experience working remotely with international teams
  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.


Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a marketing agency environment
  • Background in project management or client services
  • Hands on Marketing Experience
