My client is a growing real estate media company and is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Freelance Virtual Assistant to help manage their photo & video delivery process.

This is a freelance / project-based role to start (with the possibility of ongoing, steady work for the right person). You’ll be taking edited real estate photos, turning them into slideshow videos, resizing images, uploading them to Google Drive, creating simple listing pages, and sending delivery emails to agents.

• Create slideshow videos in Final Cut Pro or iMovie (templates provided).
• Upload finished videos to YouTube with titles, descriptions, and a thumbnail.
• Run batch resize in Photoshop (export full-size & MLS-size folders).
• Upload photos/videos to organized Google Drive folders (per client & per shoot).
• Create simple WordPress listing pages (Elementor template provided).
• Send professional delivery emails with links to the files and listing page.

Nice to Have

• Experience with WordPress/Elementor.
• Familiarity with real estate media workflows.
• Interest in learning automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).

Work Setup & Schedule

• Remote, freelance role.
• Project-based to start (light workload).
• Potential to become long-term and steady if performance is good.
• Flexible hours as long as deadlines are met.

Compensation

• Starting at PHP 200/hour
• Long-term potential for steady work + higher pay.

• Experience with basic video editing (Final Cut Pro or iMovie).
• Knowledge of Photoshop batch resizing/actions.
• Comfortable with YouTube uploads (titles, thumbnails, descriptions).
• Can follow step-by-step checklists carefully.
• Strong written English (for client delivery emails).
• Stable internet connection (to handle large files).
