Position: General Virtual Assistant

Number of hours: 20 hours/week

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (UK Time Zone)

Lead Generation & Client Outreach

• Identify and generate leads from the aviation and automotive industries, particularly focusing on Aircraft Maintenance (MRO) in Europe and the Middle East.
• Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, phone calls, and email to build connections and secure opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead and client information in CRM platforms.

Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and manage posts for LinkedIn and other platforms to support recruitment and brand awareness.
• Engage with industry-related content and communities to boost visibility.
• Develop content strategies tailored for target audiences in the aviation and automotive sectors.

HR & Recruitment Support

• Source, screen, and coordinate with contractors in aviation and automotive industries.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and manage recruitment communications.
• Support hiring campaigns through targeted outreach and social media engagement.

General Administrative Support

• Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing emails, calendars, and scheduling meetings.
• Take minutes during meetings and summarize key action points.
• Update CRM systems with accurate data entries and maintain organized records.
• Conduct research as needed.
• Perform other administrative and research-related duties as needed.

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant.
• Proven experience in Sales.
• Knowledge in aviation and/or automotive industries is a strong plus
• Proven experience in social media management
• Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in technical or industry-specific roles
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
