Handle and process reservations via phone, email, online platforms, or in person.
Provide accurate information regarding availability, rates, schedules, and booking policies.
Maintain updated records of bookings, cancellations, and changes in the reservation system.
Coordinate with other departments (operations, sales, front desk, or travel partners) to ensure smooth reservation processing.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to reservations.
Upsell additional services, packages, or promotions when applicable.
Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on reservation activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Graduate of any 4-year course (Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field is an advantage).
With or without experience (experience in reservations, customer service, or travel industry preferred).
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Computer literate; knowledge in reservation systems/software is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
