Description
- Manage and process all reservation requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with guests to confirm bookings and answer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and transactions.
- Assist in resolving any reservation-related issues.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with reservation systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage reservations, assist customers, and ensure high service quality.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, regular hours with potential for weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
