Description

1.     Employee Services, Training and Career Development

a)     Provide counseling to staff when needed as to work, family and personal concern.

b)    Prepare, updates HRD related company forms.

c)     Makes sure that medicines and first aid are available to employees.

d)    Sources and make coordination with trainer for possible training schedules.

e)     Organize and updates employee’s files, tracking employee progress and nothing employee promotion and recognition, policy violations.

f)       Other task assigned from time to time (in coordination with recruitment Supervisor as to recruitment process and progress)

g)     Attends upon instruction conferences and meetings as employee liaison to facilitate effective communication between Management and employee concern.


2.     Labor Relations-Handling of employee complaints. By leveling or analyzing if disciplinary action or legal action as maybe necessary

a)     Prepares disciplinary action tardiness memo for employees. Provides department head a copy of timekeeping records of his staff upon request.

b)    Coordinates with the Human Resource Manager with regards to the revisions of the company rules and regulations in accordance with the Labor Code updates.

c)     Prepares memorandum for erring employees. This includes preparing show-cause memo and initial Investigation of a case.

d)    Provides employee with government updates through admin memo.

e)     Keeps informed and coordinates with HR Manager with the latest labor advisories and practices.


3.     Upholds confidentiality of all HR related documents at all times.


4.     Others:

a)     Coordinates with IT for the addition/deletion/update of employee email address.

b)    Updates the table of Organization.

c)     Monitors processing of quitclaim and clearances of resigned employees in coordination with recruitment

d)    Other task assigned from time to time


5.     Does all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


1)     Bachelors’ degree in Political Science, Business Administration or similar discipline

2)     2 years and up handling end to end discipline process (Further Knowledge on Labor relations an advantage)

3)     With working background in a construction set up is an advantage

4)     Strong computer aptitude, expertise in Microsoft Office

5)     Excellent organization and written communication skills

6)     Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

7)     Ability to function in an autonomous environment
