  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring a positive workplace environment.
  • Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and incidents.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop training programs on employee relations.
  • Monitor and analyze employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in employee relations or HR.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Recruiting, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, and excellent communication.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve meetings with stakeholders and employees.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy.
