Description
- Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and labor laws.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and programs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in employee relations or HR functions, preferably in a manpower agency set up
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication, computer literacy, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and process management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Support employee relations initiatives, assist in retention strategies, manage employee inquiries, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Working Conditions: Office based
- Qualities and Traits: Strong emotional intelligence, proactive problem solver, adaptable to change, and team-oriented.
