- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with efficiency and professionalism.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective interpersonal abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential for shift work.
