- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.

- Assist in training new staff as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English communication, problem-solving, and active listening.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, with potential for remote work.
