Job Overview: 

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Creative Designer & Animator to join our Clients’ creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible to create impactful visual content in design, video & animation to boost brand across digital platforms. 

Work Set Up:

• Employment Type: Full Time

• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm

• Work Setup: Onsite

• Location: Makati 

• Client Industry: Advertising Agency

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design & Visual Storytelling

  o Deliver pixel-perfect digital design assets with a strong grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, and branding. 

  o Execute campaigns across digital marketing, social, paid media, email, and digital OOH channels.

  o Ensure brand consistency across all outputs while pushing the boundaries of creative excellence. 

  o Support creative leadership on a range of projects, from initial concept to final delivery.

• Motion Graphics & Animation

  o Create and animate visual content for marketing, brand and campaign needs.

  o Develop motion graphics, logo animations, explainer videos, and animated templates. 

  o Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of clients’ motion identity.

• Editing & Post-Production

  o Use Adobe Premiere to craft polished, narrative-driven video content. 

  o Manage post-production workflow including ingestion, syncing, and file organization. 

  o Prepare and export deliverables optimized for a variety of formats and platforms

• Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  o Stay current with trends in design, animation, and storytelling. 

  o Proactively bring fresh, experimental approaches to animation and visual execution. Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• 2 years of experience in a related role.

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere. Bonus for Adobe Animate, Figma, and familiarity with 3D platforms like Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D. 

• Strong portfolio that includes digital campaigns, animated graphics, and edited video. 

• Deep understanding of design principles, motion theory, and visual storytelling. 

• Meticulous attention to detail, with strong project ownership and time management skills. 

• Demonstrated ability to transform static designs into engaging motion content.

• A creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
