Unity Communications is looking for a Data Entry Specialist who understands that close enough isn't good enough. In this role, you'll work with appliance diagrams to ensure each part is correctly identified and linked to product catalogs, helping users find the exact parts they need.

How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Annotate exploded view diagrams of appliances with part numbers or identifiers
  • Cross-reference each part with our product catalog or database to ensure correct matching
  • Create clickable regions or markers on diagrams that link to the associated part listing
  • Ensure all marked parts are accurate, complete, and properly categorized
  • Work with internal team members (e.g., product managers, content specialists) to clarify uncertain part matches
  • Maintain naming conventions and data integrity across entries
  • Meet productivity and quality targets consistently


What You Must Possess

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with data entry, technical documentation, or visual markup tools (e.g., image annotation software, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or similar)
  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams and exploded views
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, content management systems, or part catalogs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good written communication for documentation and team collaboration
  • Experience using tools such as Hotjar, Figma, or similar for interactive markups
  • Basic understanding of appliances and parts (a plus)
  • Prior experience with appliance parts, engineering drawings, or exploded diagrams (a plus)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or product information systems (a plus)
