Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic File Auditor to join our Clients’ compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible to file auditors review loan files for accuracy, compliance, and data validation. They report findings, recommend corrective actions, and ensure high service standards.

Work Set Up:

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Work Setup: Onsite
  • Location: Cavite
  • Client Industry: Finance

Key Responsibilities:

  • File review: Conducting thorough examinations of loan files that are stored within Salestrekker (client’s broker CRM) as directed by client’s Compliance Team within dedicated timeframes.
  • Data validation: Checking the accuracy of information within files by comparing data across system information and file documents.
  • Compliance checks: Assessing whether files align with company policies, procedures, work instructions and relevant regulations.
  • Reporting and remediation: Produce detailed audit reports outlining findings, highlighting areas of concern, and subsequent corrective actions to address identified issues.
  • Service: Deliver individually or as part of the Team, high quality service to support the

achievement of business outcomes and maintain strict confidentiality and integrity over

sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Understand finance (lending) terminology, policies and processes
  • Technical proficiency: Strong understanding of file system structures and document management.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to carefully review loan file documents and data, and accurately record the results within the audit management system.
  • Compliance knowledge: Familiarity with loan files (preferably consumer home, personal and asset loans).
  • Communication skills: Effectively communicating audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
