Description

  • Organizing, archiving, and managing administrative documents (both physical and digital)
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail as well as its distribution
  • Arranging meeting schedules, booking rooms, and preparing meeting minutes if needed
  • Inputting and updating data in the company system
  • Managing stationery supplies and office inventory
  • Preparing routine administrative reports (attendance, absences, petty cash, etc.)
  • Welcoming guests and handling incoming phone calls and emails
  • Providing logistical support for internal activities, such as training sessions or business trips
  • Coordinating with other teams to support the smooth operation of the office

Requirements

  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school (preferably D3/S1 in Administration or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the field of administration (fresh graduates are considered)
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  • Communicative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Possess time management and multitasking skills
