Schedule: Morning or afternoon shifts, including weekends on a rotating roster
About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Receptionist to join our Sydney-based hotel operations team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring excellent service and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time guest support through live video calls
- Monitor CCTV and ensure guest safety and security
- Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance staff
- Maintain accurate guest and property records
- Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Good judgment and common sense in handling guest concerns
- Willingness to be on-screen during working hours to assist guests
- Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
