esponsibilities:
SEO Standardization and Strategy Development: Develop a standard SEO strategy to improve the online visibility and organic search ranking to be used by SM websites. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth.
On-Page and Off-Page Optimization: Develop and implement a standardization for optimizing website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to enhance search engine performance. Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and content marketing activities. Stay updated on search engine algorithms and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Web Performance Optimization: Conduct website performance audits and identify bottlenecks affecting page load times and user experience. Collaborate with developers to implement performance improvements, including image optimization, code minification, caching strategies, and server-side optimizations. Monitor Core Web Vitals and other performance metrics using tools like Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and GTmetrix. Ensure websites are optimized for mobile and meet accessibility standards. Continuously test and improve web performance to enhance user engagement and conversions.
Content Strategy: Develop standardization for content strategies aligned with SEO goals, ensuring the creation of high-quality, keyword-rich content. Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging and shareable content that resonates with our target audience.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on SEO KPIs. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work collaboratively with the marketing team to improve the user experience and optimize conversion paths on the website. Implement A/B testing and other CRO strategies to enhance website performance and achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SEO and Website Optimization Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.
Strong understanding of technical SEO, including website architecture, crawlability, and indexation.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website development.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and digital marketing.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Years of proven experience in SEO and website optimization.
