İş tanımı

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to clients using our AI platform, Callease AI. This includes managing client enquiries, troubleshooting issues, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring clients successfully adopt and utilise the platform.

You will work closely with internal teams to provide reliable and professional support while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.


What You'll Do


  • Manage and respond to inbound enquiries from clients through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Provide support to newly onboarded clients after completing internal training, helping them understand and adopt the Callease AI platform.
  • Assist existing clients with questions, troubleshooting, and platform-related concerns.
  • Address client enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, support requests, and resolutions within the company CRM or internal systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as technical support, product, or finance when handling complex matters.
  • Escalate technical or specialised issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining clear communication with the client.
  • Provide proactive support to ensure clients are successfully using the platform and receiving value from the product.


What We’re Looking For


  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or client success roles is preferred.
  • Ability to assist clients clearly and professionally when troubleshooting issues.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing client communication independently.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams when required.
