We’re looking for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to drive our Meta ad campaigns, oversee creative execution, and manage our online marketplace presence (Lazada, Shopee, website). This role is perfect for someone who loves both performance marketing and creative storytelling, ensuring that our ads not only look great but also convert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for maximum performance.
• Guide the creative direction for ads and hold designers accountable for high-quality content.
• Oversee website and marketplace presence (Shopee, Lazada) to ensure strong branding and sales strategies.
• Analyze ad and e-commerce performance to improve campaigns and online sales.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, creative strategy, and marketplace operations.
• Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with creative instincts.
• Experience working with designers and managing creative assets.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Amenable to working on-site in San Juan.
