  • Transacting to City Administrators Office
  • Transacting to City Council Office
  • Transacting to the Bureau of Internal Revenue
  • Process Tax Clearances
  • 0605 Payment and Certification
  • Prepare and Register Book of Account
  • Process ATP (for manual ticket)
  • Process New Business Applications for TIN 
  • Process Mayor’s Permit
  • Process Sanitary Permit
  • Process CENRO (City Environment Natural Resources Office)
  • Scanning Permits
  • Follow Up Lease of Contracts through proper channel or department.
  • Safekeeping of Soft and Hard Copies of Business Permits
  • Request Preparation of Documents for Cash Advanced and Payment
  • Claiming of Processed renewed permits and licenses
  • Filling Documents
  • Prepare request for Purchased Order of Parking Compliance (Fire Extinguisher, Lighted Signs)
  • Processed Retirement of Business Permits
  • Processed Tax Order Payment or Statement of Account
  • Update Work Status to immediate Department Head
  • Process of Change of Name and Address
  • Process Fire Safety Inspection
  • Site Visit for monitoring of Local Government compliance
  • Prepare Internal and External correspondence (letters and request)
  • Scanning Documents
  • Other task assigned by supervisor
  • Meralco Application
  • Coordination with Facilities
  • BIR Orus Registration
  • Drafting of affidavit letters, etc.
  • Encoding of sales reports
  • Encoding of OR/AR
  • Fill-up and preparation of managers cheque.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in any course.
  • 1-3 years of working experience in securing permits from various government agencies (e.g., LGU, BIR, Barangay, Municipality, and other Government Agencies).
  • Must be physically fit and willing to travel for fieldwork, both within Metro Manila (NCR) and other provinces as required.
  • Proficient in both English and Tagalog, with the ability to clearly communicate in writing and verbally with government officials and other stakeholders.
