Description
- Develop and implement training programs for HVAC technicians.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and technical seminars.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback.
- Stay updated on industry standards and technologies.
- Collaborate with management to enhance employee skills.
- Prepare training materials and manuals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in HVAC or training roles
- Skills and Competencies: Public speaking, Coaching, Excellent communication, Leadership development, HVAC Project Engineering
- Working Conditions: Office and field environments, regular travel may be required
- Qualities and Traits: Motivated, approachable, knowledgeable, adaptable, strong interpersonal skills
