  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A bachelor degree or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred.
  • Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years in restaurant operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Must possess excellent cost management, team player mentality, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain budgetary controls.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment requiring flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Leadership skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
