- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting strategies, talent management, and social recruitment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Working Conditions: Remote work options; fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable in a dynamic setting.
