Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or related HR functions.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, HRIS, communication, employee relations, talent management, and candidate screening. Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work options; typically a standard work schedule.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, organized, and approachable with a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethics.
