Description

  • Resolve any of the following issues: make a purchase order on behalf of the company; process a purchase order or receipt of goods or services; review, process or pay bills.
  • Manage office inventory by assigning or reassigning responsibilities for processing each order or receipt of items or services.
  • Research and identify potential suppliers for a variety of goods and services required by the company.


Requirements

  • 23 to 35 years old
  • College graduate of any course
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and procurement software
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Can start ASAP
