Description

  • Assist with procurement processes and vendor communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders and track delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize purchasing strategies.
  • Support reconciliation of invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in cost analysis and budgeting activities.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in purchasing or supply chain.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong analytical skills, basic negotiation skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, normal business hours, potential for occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player, excellent communication skills.
