Description

  • Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day plant operations.
  • Ensure production meets quality standards and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor and optimize production efficiency, capacity, and costs.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop plant staff to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Address employee concerns and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and address any deficiencies promptly.
  • Manage plant budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
  • Collaborate with the Department Manager to align plant goals with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to the Management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the plant, other Departments, vendors, and management.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5–10 years in plant operations, with at least 5 years in a Managerial role.
