Description
- Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day plant operations.
- Ensure production meets quality standards and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor and optimize production efficiency, capacity, and costs.
- Supervise, coach, and develop plant staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Address employee concerns and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and address any deficiencies promptly.
- Manage plant budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Collaborate with the Department Manager to align plant goals with organizational objectives.
- Prepare and present operational reports to the Management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the plant, other Departments, vendors, and management.
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5–10 years in plant operations, with at least 5 years in a Managerial role.
