Description
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customer needs, analyze competitor landscape, and develop comprehensive product strategies to address market gaps.
- Product Vision and Roadmap:
- Define a clear vision for electrical product development, create a detailed product roadmap outlining features, timelines, and priorities.
- Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and sales teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring they align with market demands and technical feasibility.
- Product Development Oversight:
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, including design, engineering, testing, and manufacturing, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
- Technical Expertise:
- Possess a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, industry standards and emerging technologies to guide product design and development decisions.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor product quality throughout the development cycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer expectations.
- Launch and Commercialization:
- Develop launch plans, including marketing materials and sales strategies, to successfully introduce new electrical products to the market.
- Customer Feedback and Improvement:
- Actively gather customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement, iterate on existing products, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Working location: Novaliches Quezon City and Valenzuela
Salary: 45k
Job type: full-time, onsite, direct hire and urgent

- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering - PRC Lic. Holder
-Resident in Manila and willing to report for onsite interview
- With at least 5 years of experience in the electrical manufacturing field

-Good in technical Skills, communication and analytical
-Can start asap
-age 25-40
