We are seeking a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer to join our ERMS (Electronic Records Management System) project team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Power Platform, and C# development. This role involves:

• Building scalable, secure, and compliant solutions for records and document management.
• Integrating D365 with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online.
• Customizing business logic through code and low-code tools.

Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer with experience in entity configuration, business rules, workflows, ribbon buttons, forms, and views.

• Proficient in customizing Dynamics 365 CE through plugins and JavaScript to enhance ERMS functionality.

• Expertise in the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerApps Portals.

• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform for building and enhancing ERMS solutions.

• Experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies to deliver ERMS projects from design to production.

• Strong experience as a Dynamics 365 solution consultant, supporting onshore teams in design and implementation.

• Proven leadership in managing internal and client teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure LogicApps) is a plus.

• Full-stack development knowledge, with experience in React, Angular, or .NET being advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
