Ateneo CORD is looking for a Program Officer for Research who will help drive our research agenda, support academic publications, and contribute to knowledge creation in the fields of organization development and the social sciences.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the implementation of research projects, academic publications, and book development initiatives
• Assist in designing and managing Trendwatcher learning sessions and other knowledge-sharing platforms anchored on current OD and workplace research
• Collaborate with faculty, consultants, and partners on research-related events and projects
• Provide guidance and support to interns and practicum students engaged in research work
• Ensure proper documentation, data organization, and administrative coordination (e.g., coordinating with finance for research-related disbursements, filing reports, maintaining research records)
• Contribute to proposal writing, literature reviews, and data preparation for presentations, publications, or reports
• Engage in knowledge synthesis and help communicate research findings through academic and practitioner-friendly formats

Qualification:

• Graduate of Psychology, Organization Development, Social Sciences, or related fields
• Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
• An appreciation for both academic rigor and practical application
• Experience in or interest in working in a university-affiliated research center
