Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Lead to spearhead the development and execution of our marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with our objectives. This role requires a creative, strategic thinker with the ability to manage a multidisciplinary marketing team and collaborate with technical, sales, and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing Leadership:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies that support IT growth and brand awareness.

    • Align marketing activities with sales objectives to drive lead generation and conversion.

  2. Event Management:

    • Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, such as trade shows, seminars, and product launches, to engage with customers and showcase solutions.

  3. Website Oversight:

    • Oversee the company’s website, ensuring that it serves as a marketing backbone.

    • Collaborate with software teams and manage execution teams to ensure seamless updates, functionality, and user experience.

  4. Email Marketing Campaigns:

    • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.

  5. Social Media Strategy:

    • Manage and optimize the company’s presence across social media platforms.

    • Drive engagement and brand visibility through innovative and relevant content.

  6. Branding Initiatives:

    • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

    • Champion brand-related initiatives that set the company apart in the IT sector.

  7. Giveaways and Promotions:

    • Plan and execute promotional activities and giveaways to strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  8. Lead Generation:

    • Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads, leveraging various digital and traditional marketing channels.

  9. Content Development:

    • Supervise the creation of compelling content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and more, to educate and engage target audiences.

  10. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the IT sales and technical teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product features and market demands.

    • Collaborate with other departments to execute marketing campaigns seamlessly.

  11. Performance Analysis:

    • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Experience in IT industries is an advantage of the same function - marketing or a similar role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and craft actionable insights.

  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and working cross-functionally.
