We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Lead to spearhead the development and execution of our marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with our objectives. This role requires a creative, strategic thinker with the ability to manage a multidisciplinary marketing team and collaborate with technical, sales, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that support IT growth and brand awareness.
Align marketing activities with sales objectives to drive lead generation and conversion.
Event Management:
Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, such as trade shows, seminars, and product launches, to engage with customers and showcase solutions.
Website Oversight:
Oversee the company’s website, ensuring that it serves as a marketing backbone.
Collaborate with software teams and manage execution teams to ensure seamless updates, functionality, and user experience.
Email Marketing Campaigns:
Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
Social Media Strategy:
Manage and optimize the company’s presence across social media platforms.
Drive engagement and brand visibility through innovative and relevant content.
Branding Initiatives:
Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Champion brand-related initiatives that set the company apart in the IT sector.
Giveaways and Promotions:
Plan and execute promotional activities and giveaways to strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Lead Generation:
Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads, leveraging various digital and traditional marketing channels.
Content Development:
Supervise the creation of compelling content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and more, to educate and engage target audiences.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the IT sales and technical teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product features and market demands.
Collaborate with other departments to execute marketing campaigns seamlessly.
Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience in IT industries is an advantage of the same function - marketing or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and craft actionable insights.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and working cross-functionally.
