GROW is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to handle the marketing of the online clothing stores of our client.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years handling a Managerial position in Marketing

• With extensive experience in Marketing and Promotions from the clothing retail industry

• With a good grasp of the fashion trends and classics

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies

  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive traffic, engagement, and sales for the company’s online stores (e.g., website, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, etc.).

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

• Manage Online Campaigns and Promotions

  • Plan, launch, and manage seasonal promotions, flash sales, and product launches across e-commerce platforms.

  • Collaborate with the sales and merchandising teams to align marketing efforts with inventory and pricing strategies.

• Content Creation and Branding

  • Oversee the creation of compelling visual and written content for product listings, banners, social media, and email campaigns.

  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and identity across all online channels.

• Social Media and Influencer Marketing

  • Develop and execute strategies for social media growth and engagement (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

  • Identify and manage partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors relevant to the target market.

• Customer Retention and CRM

  • Work with the customer service team to understand pain points and feedback.

  • Create loyalty programs, remarketing flows, and email campaigns to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
