Description

  • Responsible for administering user endpoint devices including software installation, updating, patching and troubleshooting
  • Provides 1st level support on IT issues reported by users
  • Oversees the performance of 3rd Party service provider for user support
  • Assist in research activities related to endpoint technologies
  • Conduct User Satisfaction Surveys (USAT).

Requirements

  • Fresh Graduates (Entry Level)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Electronic) or any related field.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays and weekends. Open to assignment in Makati, Pasig, or BGC, Taguig.
  • Willing to start ASAP.
