The IT Manager is responsible and accountable for managing the IT Operations, Computer System, Network Infrastructure, and Cloud services/subscription of the company and its partners. Manages the implementation and maintenance of company’s IT requirement.

He/She is responsible in providing IT-related incident/problem management, change management, backup & recovery management, and IT asset management of the company.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS/ KEY RESULT AREAS:

• Implement and Manage information technology, computer systems and network infrastructure
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT operations
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Accomplish Performance management of IT staff thru recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Act in alignment with shareholder’s requirement, user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. Perform continuous improvement.
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes. Represent IT in all IT related audit and client assessment.
• Preserve assets, information security, control structures, and change management.
• Responsible for all IT asset inventory and execute vendor-management.
• Ensure budget adherence and cost effectiveness
• Handles report generation and report management
• Adhere to the team and company’s regulation, policies and processes.

REQUIREMENT & KEY COMPETENCIES

• College graduate of any IT related course.
• 10++ years of proven related work experience and/or equivalent role in an IT industry.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Expertise in data centre management and data governance
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation ( Cisco environment configuration )
• Thorough knowledge about cloud computing, product and services.
• Hands-on experience with 0365 Administration
• Strong English communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external customers in a demanding and ever changing environment.
• Good knowledge and discipline on ITIL process and tools.
• Willing/prefers to work on rotating shift and/or provide on-call services.
