We're looking for a Digital Account Specialist with a strong focus on Display (Programmatic) and Social Media Advertising (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) to help manage campaign execution, performance tracking, and client communications. What You'll Be Doing:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients on Display and Social Media campaigns, managing timelines, communications, and campaign updates.
• Address client needs related to performance, creatives, and reporting, while ensuring timely, strategic responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, analyze campaign results, and contribute to post-campaign reporting and recommendations.
• Oversee creative asset alignment, collection, and submission, ensuring all materials meet campaign requirements.
• Create reports and dashboards, support client presentations, and assist with documentation such as Insertion Orders.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of client-facing experience in an agency setting
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Display and/or Social Media advertising
• Familiarity with DSP platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) and Facebook Business Manager (FBBM)
• Strong attention to detail, project coordination, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
