Identity and Access Management

  • PwC Identity provides Identity and Access Management (IAM) services for internal users and external users focusing on engagements. PwC Identity provides a comprehensive view of identity user data and entitlements global services such as OneAD
  • From an Identity Management perspective, PwC Identity provides full life cycle management of users including provisioning, deprovisioning, birthright access, and government services.
  • From an Access Management perspective, PwC Identity provides authentication for in-scope users to integrations applications via user ID and password, certificates, Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), or federation with external clients. This allows for Single Sign On (SSO) between those applications.


Description:

  • Support the PwC Identity offering by providing L2 support related to ForgeRock OpenAM, OpenDJ, and Entrust.
  • This includes working on incidents and SC Tasks and providing support over call and/or chat to fix them in a timely manner. Almost monitoring and ensuring the availability of the environment.
  • Support the PwC Identity offering by providing L3 support related to ForgeRock OpenAM, OpenDJ, and Entrust.
  • Implement changes that include Minor functional and performance enhancement within the Product, remediation of security vulnerabilities, patching/upgrade of IAM products.


Requirements:

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Demonstrating experience and deep subject matter expertise with one or more ForgeRock products: OpenAM, OpenDJ, OpenIDM, OpenIG
  • Experience in Upgrade to version 7.x Preferred
  • Demonstrating experience and deep subject matter expertise in SailPoint Identity IQ
  • Demonstrating advanced written and verbal communications skills
  • Working in a team environment and being a team player, working in a distributed team environment.
  • Demonstrating experience and ability to drive and engage in deep technical troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrating experience with administration and management of Linux Systems, and Linux based applications.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of IAM concepts (Provisioning, User Flows Authn, Authz, Federation, etc.).
  • Demonstrating experience with protocols like LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Ws-Fed, Kerberos.
  • Demonstrating experience with analyzing web application usage traffic using Fiddler, HAR files, etc.
  • Demonstrating experience with multi-factor authentication and certificates.
  • Demonstrating experience in Automation: Ansible, Bash, Powershell.
  • Demonstrating experience in Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with Splunk queries, managing IAM Service in Containers, and Entra ID Administration.
