Join our team and apply for HR Business Partner (Internal Position Title: Senior HR Specialist)

  • Responsible for the company’s end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to on-boarding to separation.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to refine job requirements, improve selection processes, and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs as per identified SLA.
  • Plans, implements, and enhances company-wide employee engagement activities such as monthly fun events, summer event, year-end event, and recognition programs.
  • Responsible for employee engagement activities that includes coming up with creative ways to implement employee engagement activities.
  • Manages the employee recognition program. Develops and implements rewards and recognition programs, and ensures that rewards are administered in a timely manner.
  • Collaborates with HR team and stakeholders by providing support to the company’s learning and development program and initiatives.
  • Develops and assists in the execution of strategic recruitment initiatives, including university partnerships, job fair participation, social media hiring campaigns, and employer branding to attract top talent.
  • Acts as an HR business partner for assigned departments, providing guidance on employee relations, policies, and workforce planning.
  • Formulates and ensures HR policies and procedures are regularly updated and reviewed.
  • Provides advice/counseling to employees on work-related concerns.
  • Prepares reports like HR interactive dashboard, analytics and presentations regarding HR-related data.
  • Manages special projects as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by the HR Director or management.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferably eight (8)+ years of direct HR experience in employee engagement, recruitment / talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations and learning & development.
  • Experienced in MS Office applications, with intermediate excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Evident multi-tasking skills, self-directed and high level of learning agility
