Description

The Human Resources Business Partner – Manager plays a strategic role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. This role serves as a partner to senior leaders on human resource-related issues while driving HR initiatives that support talent management, organizational effectiveness, and cultural development. The HRBP will be instrumental in coaching leaders, guiding organizational design, and ensuring operational excellence across all facets of the employee lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Partnership:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic input on people strategies, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Talent Management & Development:
  • Partner with leaders to assess talent gaps, develop succession plans, and support leadership development initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Performance Management:
  • Lead the performance review and feedback process, ensuring a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Change Management:
  • Support organizational transformation initiatives by managing change effectively and building change readiness across teams.
  • Culture & Engagement:
  • Drive engagement strategies to enhance employee experience, workplace culture, and retention of key talent.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures; mitigate legal risks and maintain compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data-informed decision-making for business and workforce strategies.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a strategic HRBP or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven track record in leadership coaching, organizational development, and talent strategy.
  • Experience in driving HR initiatives in dynamic, matrixed, or multinational organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, CHRP) are a plus.


Working Conditions:


  • May require occasional travel to stores.
  • Hybrid or on-site work arrangement, depending on business requirements.
