Description
- Safely operate heavy equipment, conduct routine maintenance, and assist with site preparation.
- Operate various heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, and backhoes.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Coordinate with team members for efficient project execution.
- Read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and project managers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; training in heavy equipment operation preferred.
- Experience Level: 2-5 years of experience operating heavy machinery in construction or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating excavators, bulldozers, and cranes; strong mechanical aptitude.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in various weather conditions; may require flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, safety-focused, strong communication skills, and ability to work in teams.
