Description
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and proper maintenance of equipment.
- Monitor load levels and compaction processes to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education degree required; TESDA Certification (NCII) preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant operational experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in operating compactors, strong safety awareness, and ability to perform routine maintenance.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate compactor equipment, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and perform inspections.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor environments, exposure to loud noises and heavy machinery.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, dependable, strong communication skills, and a team player.
