Description
- Assist with daily accounting tasks including data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
- Assist in preparation of invoices, receipts, and financial reports.
- Assist in month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments for accounting and finance-related tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- High attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
