Description

  • Provide general administrative, clerical support and other related tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior
  • Coordinate with the accounting department on financial documentation and reporting.
  • Assist with email management, correspondence, and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of two years of clerical or administrative experience, preferably supporting a senior executive.
  • Knowledgeable in admin, corporate accounting and BIR filing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); familiarity is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment while also performing job duties independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to assign in Tipolo Mandaue City.
  • Can start immediately
